Paula has been a part of Annette’s financial team since January of 2017. She is the Executive Service Director for Compass Wealth Solutions, Inc. Her role includes providing timely, efficient and accurate information to our clients along with handling most of the operations of the office. She enjoys interacting with clients to complete any account service processing requirements. She also assists the Wealth Advisors in implementing client service strategies.
Before joining the team, she was in the banking industry for 20 years in Portland, IN. First: the former Pacesetter Bank from 1997 to 1999 and First Merchants Bank from 1999 to 2017. She earned an Associate’s Degree from Ivy Tech in Business Administration in the Spring of 2005.
She is originally from Coldwater, Ohio, and currently lives in Portland, Indiana, with her husband Monty and two dogs, Jax and Champ. They have two grown sons, Colten and Skyler. Her son Colten is married to Marissa, and they live in Martinsville with their dog Zeke.
Paula is a member of the Rock Church. She is a member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority since 2008 and has served as the treasurer for several years. She graduated from the Jay County Leadership Academy and has served on numerous committees for the Jay County Chamber of Commerce. She also has served on the Rock Church Board of Directors and volunteered to be a tithe counter and a children’s ministry teacher. She has a love for the arts and previously served in all corporate board positions for the local Arts Place.
Outside of her work and volunteer hours, she enjoys camping, boating, motorcycle excursions across the United States, and spending time with her family. Her most memorable adventures were experiencing Beartooth Pass in Montana and riding Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee.
